I am Michal Bak, an IT helper currently living in Shirebrook, Derbyshire.

I arrived in the UK from Poland in 2015, I speak English and continuing personal development in my language skills.

I have practical knowledge in the field of repair, maintenance of computers and printers, I also have experience in creating websites, simple database applications and computer graphics.

Whilst in Poland I specialised in IT for nearly two years and have continued to improve my skills with training courses in the UK. I have worked for following companies:OPGK Rzeszów S.A, Ideo Rzeszów, Mimigroup in Poland. The position on which I worked was primarily a Front-end developer. I was proud of the last project; I designed the graphics and programmed a demo reservation system for trains.

I currently work as a warehouse IT Helper at Sports Direct where my main responsibilities are maintenance and simple repair of printers and computers on workstations.
